Homemade Gooseberry Pickle (നെല്ലിക്ക അച്ചാർ)

Indian Gooseberry Pickle or Nellikka achar is one of the most revered Fruits in Ayurveda, known for its medicinal and rejuvenating Properties. When made into Pickle (Nellikka Achar), it retains many of these Benefits, especially when prepared with Traditional Ayurvedic Ingredients like Gingelly Oil, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek, and Asafoetida.
