Our tender mango pickle is prepared using hand-selected baby mangoes, cleaned and preserved using Kerala's traditional pickling process. The mangoes are cured with salt and immersed in roasted spices, red chilli, mustard, fenugreek, curry leaves, and pure sesame oil. This slow marination process gives the pickle its signature taste.
