White Lemon Pickle or Velutha Naranga Achar is a unique Kerala-style Pickle made using Lemons, Salt, green Chilies, and Oil, without any Red Chili Powder or Turmeric. Unlike the Traditional Spicy red Lemon Pickle, this version has a milder, Tangy, and slightly Salty Flavor with a delicate balance of sourness and bitterness from the Lemon Peel. It is a staple in many Kerala Households and pairs perfectly with Kanji (Rice gruel), Curd Rice, or Biryani.
